- You: everything you upload, and every output.
Your broker: the claim package, the CSV and the evidence for each line it approves.
In Sealed mode, your source documents only through a disclosure path you authorize; in Standard mode, your source documents too.
- NexQloud staff, Sealed mode: no one sees your documents without your consent.
- NexQloud staff, Standard mode: named staff, only for exception review and support, with every access logged.
- NexQloud, both modes: claim totals, for billing.
- Your CPA, adviser or refund firm: claim status only, and only with your written consent. Never your documents.
- Third-party AI providers: in Sealed mode, none. The model runs inside the sealed machine. In Standard mode, may be used, on terms that bar training.
- CBP: the claim your broker files.
Two rules sit behind this. Brokers must keep your records confidential unless you consent in writing.
And brokers must report a data breach to CBP within 72 hours, whatever their software vendor does, which is why we send brokers prompt incident notices.
